390 Amber Drive joined its neighbor 380 Amber in 2001, becoming the second centerpiece office project for the Interlocken park. Midway through its construction, the recession halted work on the building for months, but the building was eventually finished.

380 Amber Drive was the first office high-rise to hit the Interlocken office park. Containing ten floors, this 145' tower was built representing the optimism that abound in the 1990s office market.



     



Omni Interlocken Hotel & Conference Center

The first high-rise of any kind to be constructed in Interlocken and all of Broomfield for that matter, the Omni was completed in 1999 and serves as the anchor for the Interlocken business park and resort. Complete with lush golf courses and plush conference rooms, this hotel offers the very finest in business and recreational amenities.

Standing in the shadow of its taller neighbors 380 and 390 Amber, this building was the first skyline component to have been constructed in Interlocken, although the Omni takes the title of "first high-rise" even though it was completed two years after.


     



Renaissance Hotel

Somewhat removed from the buildings above is the Renaissance Hotel, which opened its doors in 2002. At 9 stories tall, this is one of the latest additions to the US 36 Corridor's upscale hotel market.




Level3 Corporate Headquarters

Year: 1996
Serving as the world headquarters to one of the nation's fastest-growing telecommunications firms is this rather humble 4-story low-rise. Level3 constructed this building upon them relocating their headquarters to the Denver area in the mid-1990s.
