Denver's Southeast Corridor
is a region of the metropolitan area that follows
the route of Interstate 25. The Southeast Corridor
plays a vital role in metro Denver's economy with
its endless office parks and high-tech corporations.
Many of Denver's "new economy" companies can be
found here, with such prominent headquarters as
FirstData, JD Edwards, AT&T Broadband (pre-Comcast,
although Denver is still the largest operation),
ICG Communications, Time Warner Telecom and other
tech and telecommunications companies.
The Southest Corridor is composed primarily of three
major business parks: The Denver Technological Center
(DTC), Inverness and Meridian, all of which boast
impressive high-rises and mid-rises. After the area's
boom in the 1990s, the Southeast Corridor rivals
downtown Denver in terms of square footage. Some
estimates place this corridor as being larger than
downtown Denver.
NOTE: While DenverSkyscrapers.com
prides itself on providing a comprehensive list
of buildings on this website, due to the suburban
nature of the follwing office parks, the galleries
below are nowhere close to being complete. The problem
is that these areas contain many "low rise"
buildings ranging from one to six stories and, as
you can understand, cataloguing all of metropolitan
Denver's low-rise office stock is a next to impossible
task. Given this situation, we are only featuring
buildings of significant importance, whether it
be height, outstanding architecture or a major corporate
headquarters. Please keep in mind while viewing
the below galleries that only select buildings are
being featured. |
